As kindergarten education is gaining ground in rural areas in the People's Republic of China, TALI's workshops provide these teachers with new teaching techniques and materials in Chinese and Tibetan languages to help them develop their kindergarten curricula.

Every year TALI sends books, educational materials, sport goods, and art supplies to schools, kindergarten centers, and libraries in Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan and Tibet Autonomous Region.
